Service Description

Andrea K brings her Restore and Renew class to help you feel relaxed and refreshed for the evening - just what's needed after a day of movement! Suitable for all levels, this is a slow and peaceful practice. Feel free to bring any easy to add-on clothing layers as well as props such as a blanket and/or cushion, but these aren't essential!
